"I have been a super fan of Skoda since my college days (which is now around 18 years ago) and I have always dreamed of owning a Skoda and was fortunately able to buy one this year. Since the car I purchased was not a brand new one, it had couple of pre-existing issues. I noticed them after my purchase and was very worried, but the reassurance provided by Emma Cale was remarkable - I sincerely appreciate her commitment towards customer satisfaction and her superb attitude. I was then routed to Barry Freedman, who was one of the best individuals I have met. Mr Freedman has superb listening skills, a high level of patience and a fantastic dedication towards customer satisfaction. He made me feel at ease throughout the process by calling me to update me with what was going on with the repair. I am running out of words to pen down the feel of satisfaction that I have; being such a great fan of Skoda I am so happy that Skoda has such wonderful employees who thrive for customer satisfaction. "I recently used for the first time your ŠKODA services, to get my son's ŠKODA Octavia repaired. The vehicle had already been into another garage, who replaced parts but did not find the problem. At a total loss of what to do next, my husband phoned yourselves and spoke to Amanda in your service deptartment. Already filled with much more confidence than before, I booked the ŠKODA in to go on the diagnostic machine. The vehicle showed a few faults which were all cleared, hoping this would help the situation and explain the poor running of the vehicle. But after a couple of days the symptoms were back so I phoned Amanda and she immediately booked the car back in and didn't charge me for another diagnostic report. The car didn't show anything specific so Amanda suggested leaving the car with them to look into. We were going to walk quite a way to a bus stop to get home, but Amanda again was so helpful and arranged a lift for us. When the call came that a problem had been found and repaired on the car, I was over the moon, and having met with Amanda and the mechanic who was to work on the car, I was filled with confidence that the problem would be rectified. Amanda then arranged for the vehicle to be delivered back to my address. Amanda is a absolute asset to your company. I can honestly say my family have been owners of Ford/Vauxhall/BMW's but we have never received such service as we did from yourselves."
