Personal Finance

Solutions (Personal Contract Plan)

Benefits of Solutions include:

  • Agreements lasting between one and a half and two and a half years.
  • Holding back some of the cost of the car until the end of the contract so we can reduce monthly payments.

You can also:

  • Part exchange your car for a new Hughes Skoda.
  • Make the whole payment and keep your car.
  • Return your car to Hughes Skoda.

Hire Purchase

It is a very simple plan where you arrange to make payments for between one to five years then once you have paid them all, you own the car.

Business Finance Plans

Contract Hire

If you'd prefer to hire your Skoda rather than own it then this is the plan for you. Rental is paid for the vehicle of the car for between one and four years. You do not need to worry about the price of the car decreasing or selling the car after your use.

If your business is VAT-registered, a proportion of the rentals may be tax-deductible so there are some tax advantages.

Finance Lease

Finance Lease is a hire agreement which is especially good if you are VAT-registered. Agreements vary between one and four years, when this ends you may be able to sell the vehicle on to a third party on Skoda Finance's behalf and you may get a rebate on the rental. You can claim a proportion of all rentals as a business expense against taxable profits, the size of which depends on the price of the car you lease. Ask your financial or tax advisor to see if it applies to your business.

Lease Purchase

The agreement lasts between one and four years and lets you hold some of the cost of the vehicle until the end which means that you will then own the car. This plan is more cost-effective if your business is not VAT-registered.
